Support chat
With the "Support chat" module you can provide your visitors with a real navigation support service: after you have inserted the module in the pages, your visitors will be able to contact active operators by chat and start a live support session. Naturally, there has to be at least one connected operator for this to be possible: operators are recognized by the website upon logging in to the restricted area using login information which are contained in data tables named "Operators".
