The "Support" module offers your registered visitors and customers a complete support service, allowing them to report any problem they may have had with a product or course from the catalogue, or simply ask for assistance on any kind of issue.
Received requests are grouped in tickets which can be easily managed from the control panel via the dedicated masks, or directly from the website's restricted area by operators. Moreover, if the site is equipped with the e-Commerce or Courses module, users can specify what product or course is involved in the ticket simply by selecting them from a handy drop-down menu.

There's no limit to the number of messages that can be exchanged in a single ticket. Both customers and operators can add new messages at anytime, and the module will automatically notify the other party by email.
