The latest update introduces a new feature for building advanced tests

We are currently releasing version 2.0 build 003  of  DynDevice (training management system), the complete training system equipped with solutions: e-Learning platform with SCORM™ editor (LCMS with authoring tools),  HR management web content management and  company intranet management. This update will be distributed on the whole Mega Italia Media cloud.

This is a list of the new features being introduced:

Solution 1. Training management, 2. Course distribution and 3. Course creation (ver. 3.2.60)

New "Shared questions" feature. It is now possible to create a shared database of questions to be used in advanced tests built with DynDevice LCMS's SCORM™ editor. The questions can be organized by category, section and level.

In each advanced test, you can specifiy the number of shared questions to be retrieved and shown to users, and also whether these are to be picked from all available questions or just from specific groups / sections / levels.

"New/edit test" window". New "time limit" and "minimum percentage" fields have been added. When the "time limit" field is compiled, shared questions are enabled for that test, which will then be considered "passed" only if a user correctly answers a percentage of questions which is equal to or higher than the "minimum percentage" value.

Managing certificates. You can now use two new variables for certificates: [AA] (replaced with the last two digits of the year of issue) and [PROGY] (sequence number of certificates issued in a solar year - the count for 2017 starts today). It is now also possible to set a background image for your certificates in the "New/edit certificate" window.

Classroom session reports. The [REF-NAME] variable is now also replaced when generating a PDF of the classroom session report.

Solution 5. e-Commerce and website (ver. 1.5.55)

"DT-Form" module. You can now choose to use Google's reCAPTCHA or invisible Captcha in place of the default capctha system.

"Support" module. A new parameter enables you to set one or more email addresses as recipients of a monthly report on: number of open tickets, number of closed tickets and average closing time. If this module is installed together with the "Support chat" module, the report will also include total connected time of chat operators, average daily connected time and number of messages exchanged.
