What is the secret to being a perfect voiceover (while not having a medical background) in courses for health professionals?

Usually, medical-related eLearning courses cover the latest techniques and findings, clinical results and indications regarding medicine, nutrition, the pharmaceutical industry, etc. The projects for the speakers vary a lot: the tone can be colloquial or scientific, but it is not possible to define a universal approach for medical eLearning. Moreover, the target audience is variable: they can be students who learn good health practices at school through the integration of interactive eLearning courses or established professionals.

Acting 

The voiceover actor, before recording, does a work of research and understanding of the texts and tries to connect and get closer to them. If the speaker does not understand what the eLearning project is talking about it could not be convincing, engaging and even less excellent.

You may have studied theatre only and be able to present the course in a winning way. How?
