Remote live training sessions
The Live Training module, available from version 5.3 of Dyndevice LMS as an additional extension of the "Web-Conference" functionality, allows you to extend the "training" functions in a more specific, precise and advanced way.
Automatic conversion to learning object.
The remote training sessions, recorded with the Live Training functionality and saved in the cloud space included, can be easily and fully automatically converted into learning objects SCORM™, ready to be made available in e-coursesLearning. Completely asynchronous .
The Live Training module, infact, allows with simple video cutting functions, to generate a learning object SCORM™ and then to re-present in e-learning mode presentation made by the teacher during the web-confernce , correctly aligned to slides made to slide during the training session.
The learning object thus produced will be characterized by the high quality of learning objects produced with Dyndevice LMS, as well as by the characteristic lightness. The slides will be included in it through the image format used in the web-conference. And the video format will be maintained only for the frame (and audio) of the teacher.
Advanced sharing of slides.
For the teacher it is possible to validate in the pre-loaded call slide, without the need to use external software. And above all, keeping in the same screen of sharing also the view and control on all learners (which will rotate according to the settings and the satisfaction of the teacher himself) with the chat.
Without the need to have two monitors therefore, the teacher will have at his disposal all the tools he usually needs in order to hold a training session online. As shown in the following picture.
Floating video and virtual board.
There is also the possibility to make the teacher’s video appear in a fluctuating way above the slides, with a different position from slide to slide, making the same more engaging (as the teacher will be able to "interact" with the text or images on the slide). The learners attending the presentation will not be distracted by the images of the other users present in the training session.
Interaction that can also be done, in addition to gestures, using the appropriate virtual whiteboard (usable with the mouse or, better, with pen and touch devices).
Slide for learners.
The learners attending the presentation will not be distracted by the images of the other users present in the training session. The background in fact, in the learner scenario, unlike the teaching scenario is completely "white obscuring".

Sharing rights: more teachers in session.
It is possible for the session teacher (the main admin of the web-conference) to determine which other users may intervene in the call and, if necessary, to start sharing the video and slides in the training session. In practice, with this functionality it is possible to elevate other participants to the role of teacher as well as the session teacher.
Check for punctual presence with each device
Unlike other web-conference systems, it is also possible to technically track the presence of users connected to mobile devices with Live Training. Generating all the appropriate reports, also specific for the agencies that finance the training.
Access and management of participants .
It is possible to participate in a web-conference organized with Live Training, ie then a training session contained in a blended course created with Dyndevice, only and exclusively those enrolled in the course and who have reached the right to participate in the session (e.g., if necessary, terminated learning objects prior to the session, etc.).
Access rights of participants, PRESENT AND ABSENT VERIFICATION
Participants who access the call, by default do not share in it the audio of their microphone and the video of their webcam: they are therefore only users. It is the teacher who determines when they can do it (e.g. to ask questions) or must do it (e.g. for visual inspection), with two possible different modes: manual, or automatic rotating. With the latter, if activated by the teacher while sharing in the call slides, it will be possible to keep monitored the whole classroom and the attention of all learners.
Other "common" features
Obviously, there are also all the other "typical" features of the most popular web-conference systems on the market, such as:
- Internal chat between participants.
- The possibility of sharing the screen, a specific window or a specific browser tab (with sending in the call of any video played)
- Feature "raise your hand", useful for learners to request the word
- The division into rooms/sub-groups of the web-conference
- Block management of participants' rights (webcams, microfunds and sharing)
- recording (of individual videos for each participant, or of a single video for all streams, and then video of the participants and shared screen)
