Update 3.0.002 has now been released

The release of version 3.0.002 of DynDevice has been completed and it includes updates for the SCORM editor and other areas of the system

We have just completed the release on the Mega Italia Media cloud of version 3.0 build 002 of  DynDevice (training management system), the complete training management system equipped with 6 solutions:  e-Learning platform, SCORM editor (LCMS with authoring tools),  HR management web content management and  company intranet management

The following release note lists and explains the latest changes.

Solution 4. HR Management (vers. 1.0.30)

Users over 50. lf a worker over 50 years of age is booked for a new medical visit, the default expiration of validity is now one year regardless of what is indicated in the particular "Type" of the visit in question.

Users with no visit. New "Applicant location", "E-Mail" and "First day of employment" columns have been added to the list of "users with no visit". The same have also been added to CSV extractions.

Status of visit. The value "Absent" has been added to the "Status" menu in addition to the existing "Booked" and "Completed". The same option is available for lists and exports.

New field for outcome of visit. A new drop-down field labelled "Outcome" has been added to the medical visit window. Its possible values are "Fit for service", "Unfit for service", "Fit for service with prescription" and "Suspended outcome". This information is also shown as a column in the list of visits and related extraction. The "Final outcome" field has been renamed "Doctor's notes".
New shortcut. In the "Organizational chart" window, if the feature is available and accessible by the user, a heart icon is now displayed to access medical visits in the same way as in the list of learners (the list will be filtered based on the appropriate group and user).
"Active" field. All lists, menu alerts and "night-time" mailing have been aligned: all users with "Active" on "No", with "Handling" or out of the "Medical visits" plan no longer appear on any list, don't generate alerts and are completely ignored by email and task-generated alerts.

Training paths from CSV. The CSV import of learners (LCMS) now also allows the enrolment in a training path (and consequently to all its courses through the appropriate feature in hrms_learning_path.php).

Different alert according to "Type". The summoning email for medical visits can now be type-specific: there are  six different email models that result in the sending of different alerts according to the reason for a visit. The appropriate support for these has been added, including in the variables: [TYPE-NAME], [TYPE-DESCRIPTION], [TYPE-NOTES], [MEDICAL-CENTRE-FULL-NAME], [MEDICAL CENTRE-ADDRESS], [MEDICAL-CENTRE-DIRECTIONS], [MEDICAL-CENTRE-ROAD-MAP], [MEDICAL-CENTRE-EMAIL] and[MEDICAL-CENTRE-HEALTHCARE-ATTACHMENT] and in the personalization function.

New models for new attachments. "Medical visit communication" and "Medical visit vouchers" models are now created (empty) in the "Attachments" category. When present, these are now included as a PDF in invitation emails for employees.

Communication to medical centres. The email template for alerts to medical centres has been renamed "(D) visit reminder for centre" to replace the previous "(D) reminder of next-day visits for centre"; this has been enhanced with the ability to use the [DATA] variable to specify the day when a recap of medical visits is to be sent.
Finally, the [Notify medical centres] button has been added; when clicked, it triggers the notification to relevant medical centres on the selected dates via the "(D) Visit reminder to centre" model.

Solution 5. e-Commerce and website (vers. 1.6.05)

"Cookie notification" module.
The module has been completely transformed so as to comply with the latest GDPR regulations.
• the pop-up banner for the acceptance of cookies now allows users to individually select all types of cookies used by the website.
• a new layout has been implemented to be assigned to a specific page and display the details of cookies in use, the websites to which they apply and the list of consents given to the site / platform; on this page it is also possible to modify cookie acceptance for the website.

"Banner" module. As a result of the above-mentioned changes, the modules don't show the advertisement banner unless cookies of the "marketing" category are accepted.

"E-Commerce" module. The module has been updated so as to perform optimally with the newer versions of Google Analytics.

"Magazine" module. The Title and Description fields have been added to documents. If they are filled in, these are used in place of the automated formation of <title> and <description> currently in use.

"Share on YSN" module. Similarly to the Banner module, this has been updated so as not to display the buttons for social media sharing unless cookies of the "marketing" category are accepted.
